Shipping policy

We ship across the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping is free on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $50. For one-time orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email hello@liftlabgummies.com within 30 days and we'll track it down or make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute packages once they've shipped.
